How to place an order

Please Note

When preferred method of payment is by credit card or direct deposit, our sales office will contact you after receiving your order to confirm payment details. Please ensure you supply full contact details to aid the smooth processing of your order.

 

  1. Please ensure that you have your Company details ready
  2. Please fill out all fields in the form below
  3. Ensure that you supply your preferred contact details for return order confirmation
  4. Ensure that you enter your own Purchase Order/Reference number for ease of tracking
  5. All orders received will be processed including 10% Australian GST. Please quote pricing excluding GST on this order form, the GST component will be calculated and included on your invoice.
  6. Once you have completed the form in full and double-checked your order, click on "Submit Order" to submit it to Ratek Instruments
  7. Your order will be pre-processed by one of our friendly staff. You will be contacted within 24 hours of Ratek receiving the order with confirmation of your order details, after which your order will be processed in full by our system.
  8. Fulfilment of your order is subject to stock availability and account status.
