Product Overview
16-litre insulated water tank for use with the Ratek range of Thermoregulators. Other sizes can be manufactured to customer specifications. The inner tank is fabricated from 304 grade polished stainless steel, and the outer case from a chemical resistant plastic. 25mm of insulation is used between the tank and case to minimise heat loss, allowing for stable temperature control. Gabled or flat lids are also available. It is recommended that tanks to be used with a Thermoregulator are ordered with a bridge plate to protect the Thermoregulator from condensation and minimise heat loss.
Applications
This Water Tank is utilised in a wide variety of biomedical, life science, and industrial applications as well as in commercial kitchen cooking techniques such as Sous Vide.
